  • Finalists compete against each other and veterans for a spot at the DCC training camp.

  • The 48 candidates that have made it to training camp are put through an army fitness test and receive evaluations during their first rehearsal.

  • The veteran cheerleaders model bikinis for an upcoming calendar shoot; the rookies perform for Kelli and Judy.

  • Reality sets in at the training camp after the first cuts are made; the cheerleaders are fitted for their uniforms; the candidates sweat through a physical workout.

  • Guest choreographer Kitty Carter teaches a class; the rookies get professional makeovers.

  • The rookies get to wear iconic uniforms during their first modeling shoot; the girls go skydiving with the Golden Knights.
